If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your order.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Because wax melts are a consumable item, we can’t accept used products, but if there’s an issue, we will always make it right.
