Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used wax melts or candles.

Wax melts and candles are considered hygiene-sensitive products, and once they have been used or melted, they cannot be resold.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@hilldalehome.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
